The friendly staff and convenient location were highlights, making it easy to reach both the city center and the nearby beach. The complimentary tram stop right outside the hotel was a bonus for quick excursions.However, I must note some issues that impacted my overall experience. There were slips in cleanliness, and the hotel seemed stingy with extras like upgrades. Furthermore, a significant error with my credit card charge left a sour taste in an otherwise pleasant stay.Despite these setbacks, the hotel's valuable offerings like free water in the lobby, fast WiFi, and comfortable bedding make it a worthwhile choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking convenience and comfort. With improvements in service quality, Leonardo Royal Hotel Den Haag Promenade could truly stand out as a great option for visitors to The Hague.
